Fusion launcher muzzle flash/smoke bug

I posted this on discord, but to make sure this doesn't get lost, I'll also post it here.

So to replicate this, you need a automatic firing weapon and the Fusion for this. First select the automatic weapon (like AR or SMG) and keep the fire button pressed. Then switch to Fusion (by pressing 4) while the fire button is pressed. The fusion will emit smoke before even firing a shot (or even if the Fusion has zero ammo).
