[core] Bad peformance on runtime code execution

• When runtime perform a transformation for code execution uses internal/builder based on the slow babel transcompiler, causing a high asynchronous lock times.

• Some internal components from core needs to be transformed on runtime (like VMT, addons).

Proposal

• Refactor methods for implements new transcompiler provided

With the new transcompiler introduced on 1e38ce7 building time has been drastically reduced.
