Currently ethlint hasn't been updated in a while and throws syntax errors on recent solidity features.

Therefore, it has been disabled in 7b13b94 while the linter comments have not been removed.

We need to check if it has been updated and if so re-enable it. If not we should search for alternatives and remove the linting comments.
