Create test script to verify that status of services is OK

After the installation process, the provider might want to check if the services are running correctly. We should provide a script that checks the status of the services and outputs [OK, ERROR]

Current verification process:

• PFS: check API endpoint
• MS: Check logs if blocks are incrementing by one
• Matrix:
  • Check API endpoint
  • Federation check: send messages to users of other federations, check that you cannot find user on matrix servers out of the federation (e.g. matrix.org)
