[BUG]: Impersonation inconsistent results

Describe the bug
When I attempt to Impersonate using the Teams Main Form (Creating a Team and adding Members), I get mixed results. Is there a trick to making sure the role permissions are applied consistently? One example, I started with a fresh Edge Browser window and Impersonate a role that has permission to add users. The Add Existing User appears and I'm able to add a user. If I stop impersonating and try impersonating again, I am unable to see the Add Existing User button. Another example, I'm impersonating and the button is there but then I get an error messaage which doesn't give me enough information to understand what might be the problem. When I have the actual user login witht the permitted role, they have consistent results and can add users without a problem.
