All impersonation works for me except for one user whose email address is the equivalent of joe.O'[email protected] note the hyphen

  • Browser [e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge Chromium]
  • Dynamics 365/Power Apps Version 11
  • Admin
  • Online
  • Unified Interface
  • Model Driven App

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'any dynamics app'
  2. Click on 'Level up and choose impersonate'
  3. Enter 'an email containing a hyphen'
  4. See error

Expected behavior
The user to be impersonated

Additional context
I have tried:

  • replacing the hyphen with unicode %27
  • escaping the single quote by adding an additional quote

While I'm here
