Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Desktop (please complete the following information):
Chrome,
Client version: 1.4.8213-2402.3 2023 release wave 2 enabled
Combination: admin in our environment, but impersonating as a non-admin in customer environment
Online
Unified Interface
Model Driven App

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
I had our Dynamics environment open in a non-incognito session of Chrome.
I then opened a Chrome Incognito session with a customer's environment. Here I used Level Up to impersonate.
This resulted in me impersonating as that same user in our own environment.

Expected behavior
I expected to impersonate in the customer's environment.
But I did not expect to impersonate as that same user in our own environment.
