[BUG]: Not connecting to environment

Describe the bug

• Browser Chrome
• Dynamics 365
• Admin/Non-admin
• Online
• Unified Interface
• Model Driven App
• Entity name, if it is an out-of-the-box entity
  I'm not sure how to use this. I have the extension but when I press the button in when I am on my version of Dynamics 365 field service there is nothing that pops up on the page.

3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
