Shaky image playing Yoshi`s Island and scart cable sync on luma on SNES

Hello
I'm using the GBS controller on my Super Nintendo 1-chip-03 with a scart sync on luma cable. In all games it is 100% but when I play Yoshi's Island it gets these shaky images. I've tried another SNES, another cable, I changed all the GBS controller settings and it didn't work.

Note: I'm using the newest GBS controller from AliExpress

Does anyone know how to solve this?
