how to pull a image from private registry with http on wsl ?

Hi:
I use rancher desktop 1_7 on WSL.

1.how to pull a image from private registry with http on wsl?
I created a private registry by Http, it can pull & push by nerdctl. just like:
nerdctl pull mypc-name:30000/hello-world --insecure-registry

but when i use RD to create a deployment, it can't pull.
ErrImagePull (rpc error: code = Unknown desc = failed to pull and unpack image "mypc-name:30000/hello-world:latest": failed to resolve reference "mypc-name:30000/hello-world:latest": failed to do request: Head "https://mypc-name:30000/v2/hello-world/manifests/latest": http: server gave HTTP response to HTTPS client)

I don't know where can set --insecure-registry.

2. In RD, External/Internal IP of my node is 192.168.123.123 on WSL, It will change every time restart the computer .
   so I just use “localhost or Internal IP:30000” to access the container, not “mypc-name:30000”.
   how to tag a image of my private registry will be right?
   mypc-name/hello-world or 192.168.123.123/hello-world?
   Now, nerdctl pull mypc-name:30000/hello-world --insecure-registry is work.
