How can I use the Cert-Manager in the Rancher Desktop?

Hi,
Not sure about the cert-manager can use in the Rancher Desktop? Because the TLS always has the Issues like this image.

the ingress-nginx, I have installed from the kubectl with this command.

kubectl apply -f https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kubernetes/ingress-nginx/controller-v1.9.4/deploy/static/provider/cloud/deploy.yaml

the cert-manager, I have installed from the kubectl with this command.

kubectl apply -f https://github.com/jetstack/cert-manager/releases/download/v1.13.3/cert-manager.yaml

and the issuer yaml file is
