Cannot allocate /prometheus directory

Hi to everyone.

I have experimented some issue with the template of Prometheus, in fact, this stack it's migrated from another rancher server, I created this stack without NFS and with it. This error message throw in the console. 24-07-2018 16:55:56level=error ts=2018-07-24T20:55:56.756505924Z caller=main.go:579 err="Opening storage failed open DB in /prometheus: open /prometheus/136872808: permission denied" . One thing was I'm doing, like this PR recommends, is set user: root to docker-compose.yml. Nothing of this works, grafana up and running, but Prometheus the most valuable service is not running, with fail in permission to the directory.
