Find a way to update sources defined from a _service

There are some packages we used to update manually with osc service mr && osc addremove && osc commit -m "Update from sources". However this is no longer working, a checkout for Dev project results in to a checkout that is barely usable with OSC tool and such a tool can't be used directly against a git checkout.
