• The first run is @upgrade so not sure what is going on there, artefacts are missing for some reason
• But in the second run the problem is caused by installing undefined version by tests/cypress/latest/e2e/capd_rke2_nocaapf_clusterclass.spec.ts which doesn't use providers version resolution as in providers_setup and also planned providers uninstallation failed (normally it would probably report the one installed by providers_setup)
