[Bug] Registry resource created by UI will have "matchOperator" portion (don't add any filter)

The response from front-end side:

It is not UI issue.Please file a github issue to backend team.
The UI does not submit any thing related to the matchOperator. It is generated from backend.

As you can see via the video, I don't specify any "filter" portion in the UI, so the created registry should not have matchOperator.

Please let me know if it's expected or not?
