[Bug][Images Overview page] "In use" is checked in images whose platform is not cluster's platform

This bug still can be seen with ui ext v0.8.0-rc3 + backend v0.11.0.

Current behavior:

Simply said, for example, if your cluster is amd64 arch,
then in the "Images" page, non-amd64 images (ex: arm64, arm/v7, ppc64le, s390x...etc) will also show "In use"... (which doesn't make sense and is confusing...)

The response from front-end:

I got the image data from the API response.
It means the backend data through Steve API is like this.
UI is showing the data properly. Please bring this evidence to backend github issue.
