[Feat] In the installation page, add the Cert-manager and CNPG repo form AppCo

Precondition

Before Cert-manager and CNPG repository is added into Rancher UI, go to Vulnerability scanner page.
It will routes to installation page. In the first view, click the installation button, then the installation wizard will show.

Requirement

Currently, the repository comes from community version chart. According to SUSE product strategy, the backend repositories are shipped to AppCo. It requires to add the repository from AppCo with the corresponding credential. Thus, the first step is secret input and then Cert-manager, CNPG and vulnerability scanner step by step. The secret selection will be centralized in one page.

Verified with UI ext 0.8.0-rc1, able to deploy cerrt-manager, cnpg and sbom from UI on Rancher Manager 2.14.1. We had to manually add pull secret for applications to be deployed on Rancher Manager 2.13.x.

Rancher Manager 2.14.x shows option for adding pull secret for repo, apps, but Rancher Manager 2.13.x do not show the option add to pull secret for app deployment. We will create new issue for this to track.

Also UI ext wizard is not giving warning about default storage class. We will create an issue if it needs to be documented.
