SBOMScanner backend installation via the SBOMScanner UI extension will fail if you use the default sbomscanner name "suse-security-vulnerability-scanner"

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In a fresh installed K3S VM, install Vulnerability Scanner UI extension
2. Navigate to the Vulnerability Scanner page and start to install cnpg and Vulnerability Scanner
3. I got this error:

Error: INSTALLATION FAILED: failed to create resource: admission webhook "vcluster.cnpg.io" denied the request: Cluster.postgresql.cnpg.io "suse-security-vulnerability-scanner-ssvs-cnpg-cluster" is invalid: metadata.name: Invalid value: "suse-security-vulnerability-scanner-ssvs-cnpg-cluster": the maximum length of a cluster name is 50 characters

Vulnerability Scanner pods cannot be deployed successfully

I need to change the default name from "suse-security-vulnerability-scanner" to ssvs, then the Vulnerability Scanner pods can be deployed.

The issue is fixed in SUSE security vulnerability scanner v0.8.0-rc.2
