Bug: "Workloads Scan" page might be confusing (it shows "Enabled" but actually there's no workloadscanconfiguration)

Steps:

• Install sbomscanner ui ext v0.8.0-rc2 + backend v0.11.0
• Go to "Workloads Scan" page
• Find it shows "Workloads Scan Configuration" "Enabled"
• But actually there's no workloadscanconfiguration yet

No resources found

P.S:
According to sbomscanner quickstart,
I know workloadscanconfiguration needs to be created manually after installing sbomscanner by default, but this "Workloads Scan" page is still confusing to me... (it makes me feel that the workloadscanconfiguration is already enabled...)

verify with 0.8.0-rc3, pass.

after installing, the "Enabled" is not checked by default (and there's no workloadscanconfiguration CR)
