Registries Configuration summary section overflows on smaller screens

Current Behavior

On smaller screen sizes (e.g. 14" MacBook Pro at 1512x752px), the summary section on the Registries Configuration page overflows horizontally due to min-width: 1360px on .summary-section in RegistriesConfiguration.vue.

Expected Behavior

The summary section should be fully visible and well-proportioned at smaller viewport widths without horizontal overflow.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the Registries Configuration page on any viewport narrower than ~1360px + sidebar width
2. Observe the summary section overflowing horizontally

The reason of this layout is to compromise with the rich content in the panels.
Designer does not allow to use ellipsis to shorten the text in the badge. So the min-width are set in both panel.
So when you want to improve this layout, please keep full text display in the badge and keep the width of the panel symmetrical.
