Extensis Portfolio - Main & Admin Portals: Authentication Bypass – Hard-Coded Credentials
Extensis Portfolio v4.0 was discovered to contain hardcoded credentials which allows attackers to gain administrator privileges.
Hardcoded administrative credentials within C:\Program Files (x86)\Extensis\Portfolio Server\applications\tomcat\servers\main\webapps\ROOT\WEB-INF\lib\portfolio-classes.jar. At the request of the vendor, a full proof of concept script has not been generated.
