Implement chimneys.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement the ability to add chimneys to the roof of buildings.
I am making some sort of old houses which has some chimneys on the top. I would love to have the ability to place chimneys in the roof of the old houses.
And I also make industrial buildings that contains chimneys, so I would be happy to have the abliity to place chimneys in the building.

The current plan is that extra objects like chimneys will be added using the Custom Object Tool.
