Fork mitchs master repository and check in local changes, part1.
Forked mitchs master repository. First part of local changes: Local runscript use lockfile and renice to up the rrd script cpu priority and make sure we don't run the scripts more than once if they don't finish fast enough. Instead of starting perl multiple times, source and eval the different sub-modules.
