Problem

Thought: Compressing tool data · 8ms

Summary too long (4516 chars; limit 3000). Rewrite to under 3000 chars — keep only the most essential details (conclusions, file paths, decisions, exact values) and drop verbose narration or raw dumps.

Manual mode: compress blocked. Do not retry until `<compress triggered manually>` appears in user context.

Proposed Solution

Instead of the subagent running a loop in which it retries this task (which is really hard for the agent to get right), instead give subagent a tool that makes it able to stage the summary, and then edit the text if it gets this feedback. This way it can easily just remove 1 or 2 lines and try to submit it again, instead of repeating its mistakes.
