Instead of the subagent running a loop in which it retries this task (which is really hard for the agent to get right), instead give subagent a tool that makes it able to stage the summary, and then edit the text if it gets this feedback. This way it can easily just remove 1 or 2 lines and try to submit it again, instead of repeating its mistakes.
