[OS Request]: Rename "RaspberryMatic" to "OpenCCU"

What happened?

In the current https://downloads.raspberrypi.org/os_list_imagingutility_v3.json one of my long term projects called RaspberryMatic is listed as follows:

@tdewey-rpi Any chance to get that minor request integrated soon so that the previous RaspberryMatic users will notice this OpenCCU naming change in the Rpi Imager as well?
