Today I presented the new results of the pipeline and discussed some steps to take in consideration.

The solarKAT pipeline is ready to run from start to the end without any interruptions, and it gives us satisfactory results.
The pipeline will be divided in two recipes (one main and optional), the main recipe is the one we work with the splitted per simple scans files and the other is the one where we split by finer intervals. depending of the goal the user will use one of them.

Aspects to consider:

  1. Adding a step for concatenate the scans to form one MS (using casa concat task)
  2. Adding a quartical step for calibration and peel the Sun from the Sun using the model of the Sun and the the Model of the field without the Sun(the improved model) .
  3. Start to write a theses.
