Technology Matrix: Advanced Mode - tech tool tip gets cut off

When viewing /technology/matrix/advanced, if you hover over any icon in the top row, the tooltip with the name is completely hidden. Other tool tips are also hidden in their various positions, but the top row is the most obvious.
