plugin process restart once crashed

Describe the bug
If the plugin process fails due to any error then it does not come back up again, and results in connection refusals for Optimus on the socket file

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to Optimus in integration
2. write some code in plugin such that it should crash after some time
3. then notice that the plugin process does not get back up on its own

Expected behaviour
After crashing the plugin processes should restart
