Adding a top menu item between Blog and Support

Dear reader,

I would likt to add a top menu item Blog and Support.
I want to put there the link to open a page called Animations. So the top menu I want to look like: Home Blog Animations Support
On this Animations page I want to put a demonstration of different kinds of animations.
For inspiration I would like to refer to: https://vandenboom.icu/en/animations/
I want to be able to create an additional page similar to this one.

I can imagine it is not something to put in general in this Theme.

Now I wonder if you are willing to help me to achive this?

You can achieve this via custom CSS and JS
