Wrong layout="1column" on checkout page layout xml file.

Hello,

Despite #236 PR been merged, it seems again the layout="1column" is been added by someone, which creates a problem on our checkout page. Which unnecessary landing the header & footer on checkout page while this module is enabled.

Problematic file:

Will you officially remove that page layout tag from this layout so that default magento's checkout page layout can get rendered.
