Please upgrade libxmljs to the latest version (0.19.7) in order to support Node 12.

If you are on windows, make sure you have installed VS compiler, python and correctly configured nodegyp. Its known problem, and not just for osmosis but any package that needs building.

Anyway i do support libxmljs upgrade
