Configure Patients based on Profile #11
Description
After the new interfaces (#10) we created a nice environment to instantiate different kind of patients just by changing the input .yaml.
In a previous work (markov sensors) I have extracted Markov Chains from from real patients in the ICU. It could be nice to extend the BSN2 to have patient profiles as the interface with the user rather than Markov models.
This feature is about abstracting from the Markov Models and adding a set of profiles as input to the BSN:
Age: 15-29, 30-59, 60+
BMI: Normal Weight, Obesity 1,2,3, Overweight, Underweight
ICU: Cardiac, Coronary, Medical, Surgical
