USM: Pool Overview

We can open separate subtasks for this as we go if necessary (otherwise we just use the corresponding PR).

MVP:

• Basic search (at least based on pool name), ordered by how well it matches. At least basic string clean-ups (case, spaces, stripping accents etc.)
• Failing search should have the pools disappear, where in the pool pane, we have:
  • A button to reset filters
  • A link to for people to share to their network à la "wanna join?"
  • A button to create a new pool (CoVer-only)
• Clicking the join button opens another dialogue (need to design fill this)
• For CoVers (only) there's a "create new pool button"
• When clicking to create a pool, create dialogue for that.
• Scrolling the pool pane. If possible, auto-reload at the end (instead of using pages with x pools)

Later / nice-to-have:

• Better search (through description & other attributes; add keywords, filters etc.)
• Nice transitions of the pool blocks fading out on search etc.
• Live search
