Describe the bug

Variable 'self.catalog' used before being initialized & Variable 'self.urlString' used before being initialized errors in TestApp

How to reproduce?

  1. Build TestApp dev using makefile 'make dev'
  2. Build an app for any platform

Readium version

3.0.0

OS version

iOS 17.0

Testing device

iPhone 15 (Enulator)

Environment

macOS: 14.2.1
MacBook Pro 2020 M1
Xcode: Version 15.0
