Better way to schedule csi pods on control node #43

The client operator components were unable to get scheduled on control nodes due to taints applied. However, the CSI (Container Storage Interface) plugin pod should be able to run on master nodes. This indicates that the CSI plugins are configured to be compatible with the master nodes and can be successfully scheduled on them.
