Installed the operator using Helm and cert-manager and got this following error:

error from server (InternalError): error when creating "STDIN": Internal error occurred: failed calling webhook "mpatch.kb.io": failed to call webhook: Post "[https://patch-operator-webhook-service.patch-operator.svc:443/mutate-redhatcop-redhat-io-v1alpha1-patch?timeout=10s](https://patch-operator-webhook-service.patch-operator.svc/mutate-redhatcop-redhat-io-v1alpha1-patch?timeout=10s)": no endpoints available for service "patch-operator-webhook-service"

Confirmed that the pod behind the service is running, the mutating webhook is patched with the CA, and the service is serving on port 443.
