Update the project to be called ambi_client_cpp instead of sensorchi

Update the project to be called ambi_client_cpp instead of sensorchi since sensorchi is no longer the name of this project. This requires changing the Particle project properties file, several source filenames, and other miscellaneous items.

Also make sure to update the main project README.md file to reflect this name change.
