Include BME280 HTTP POST to Ambi example

Suggestion / Feature Request

Enhancement:

• Create a new example which demonstrates generating data with the BME280 board and sending that data via an HTTP POST to an Ambi server.

Notes:

• The new example could be included within this repository or as part of another.

Definition of Done:

• New example exists that satisfies the above enhancement
• Documentation is included which describes how to obtain and set up a BME280 board
