[Feature]: Private notes with self

### Suggestion / Feature Request

As a user, I'd like to be able to create private notes for myself only and not tied into any other user I have a relationship with in the platform.

A UI/UX design needs to be thought through for this:
1. Is it good enough to have a relationship with oneself and create a coaching session with notes?
2. Or some alternative UI/UX?
