[Feature]: Manage the active/inactive members of an organization

Suggestion / Feature Request

As a coach/manager, I want to have the ability to make any of my organization's members be active, inactive or archived.

Active would result in:

1. The user showing up in the relationship selector
2. If the user was previously disabled or archived, this would restore their documents, change them to being read/write again, and shows as non-greyed out in the members list

Inactive would result in:

1. The user no longer showing up in the relationship selector
2. The user's TipTap document being changed to be read only
3. The user's status in the organization's member page shows as disabled and greyed out

Disabled would result in:

1. The user no longer showing up in the relationship selector
2. The user's documents are archived out of TipTap in some way and removed from there, freeing up those documents
3. The user's status in the organization's member page no longer shows up in the primary list. Instead, a new separate archived list of members would need to be added.
