[Feature]: Read-only, disable & archive users

Suggestion / Feature Request

Three Scenarios

1. Read Only: As an Admin, I'd like to be able to set one or more user's accounts as read-only in my Organization so that they can still log into the system, but not change anything.

2. Disable: As an Admin, I'd like to be able to disable one or more users in my Organization so that I can disable the user's ability to log into the system.

3. Archived: As an Admin, I'd like to be able to archive one or more users in my Organization so that I can disable the user's ability to log into the system and free up certain resources (TBD on the resources).
