[Feature]: Reference blocks of content in a session from previous sessions #218

Suggestion / Feature Request
As a coach/coachee, I'd like to be able to link some kind of view that allows me to quickly reference blocks of content from other coaching sessions, in the current one, so that I don't have to copy this content from the old one into the new one.
Next steps:
- This needs some brainstorming of how to make this be and feel the most natural and provide the most powerful and useful experience.
- This could also benefit from some real customer discovery interviewing
