Loudmld Installation Problem

Hello @regel. I've followed the documentation, try to install loudml server with virtual environment on windows powershell. But when i tried to run "make install" command  there, it always be failed. Is there something must i do to fix this? Maybe there is another command that i can use too?

I hope there will be solution for this problem. I really looking forward to it.
