Support exporting videos in AV1 format.

Feature Request 🛍️

Add support for exporting in AV1 format, currently the option seems to be absent, yet FFmpeg supports it.

Use Case

AV1 is the successor of VP8/VP9, and it aims to be an open alternative to H264 (the default) and HEVC.
