Added new Nether Rods, based on the 1.9 Ender Rods. Crafted with a Blaze Rod on top of a Nether Brick.

1.3.0 - Nether Furnaces

Additions

Added a new Nether Furnace.

This furnace requires no fuel, however will use the heat around it to burn items.

Each source or flowing lava on the sides of the furnace will increase the heat by a factor of 1.
When placed in the Nether, heat is additionally increased by a factor of 1.

With a single heat source, the furnace will passively smelt items at 25% the speed of a standard fuel based furnace.

With all sides touching lava, while placed in the Nether, the furnace will passively smelt items at 125% the speed of a standard fuel based furnace.

1.2.2 - Better Growth

Improvements

• Nether Growth can now be silk touched.
• Nether Growth will revert to netherrack when an opaque block is above it.
• Nether Growth will now spread to blocks with non-opaque blocks above it.
• Nether Growth now permits saplings and nether wart to grow.

All above blocks prevent mob spawning.

Nether Spores, when applied to Netherrack IN the Nether, will convert the Netherrack into Nether Growth and set it on fire. Randomly, the Nether Growth will spread like grass, however, when on fire, it will spread a bit faster.

Tinkers Integration

You can now use Tinkers Smeltry to melt down Nether Iron and Nether Gold ores.
