STOP intent does not fully stop the app #355

Description

@8YaoKnight

Description of the issue

When sending the STOP intent, I would expect that the status notification disappear, and syncthingfork not to appear in the active background tasks

Steps to reproduce

  1. download automate
  2. open automate
  3. download the flow for starting and stopping syncthingfork, as suggested in this project's wiki
  4. adapt the flow to the app id on your phone
  5. Setup syncthingfork as described in the already mentioned page (remote control by broadcast)
  6. close syncthingfork with hamburger menu > exit
  7. check that syncthing fork does not appear in recents app nor in "active in background"
  8. back in automate, start the flow and select only the start entry
    -> a status notification appears and you can find syncthingfork in the "active in background"
  9. back in automate, start the flow and select only the stop entry
    -> the status notification title changes to sleeping
    -> the app is still present in "active in background"
