Please create a new Issue instead of a new Discussion.

The differences between Discussions vs Issues within GitHub has blurred and it's more efficient for everyone to focus their attention on just one channel.

We could hide the entire Discussions section, but then everyone would lose access to all the existing threads.
We could move all the existing Discussions into Issues, but there are hundreds of Discussions, and at least for now, there is no bulk process to move within GitHub. We would need to move each one manually.
