Lora Browser

rgthree already does the best job fetching lora info. The few lora browsers that exist actually attempt to use some of the info and rgthree nodes already. None of the ones I have found are updated regularly and they have a lot of bugs.

Could we get some way to view all our loras in a table/list that show their preview image for faster browsing?

Initial features could include:

1. Drag image into power loader to add into lora stack
2. Fetch all button, which fetches loras that do not have json files
3. Search by lora name/filename
4. Organize by directory, name, or civitai main tag.
5. Filter by model

Even if ALL it did was just show the images with their names, that would still be helpful for those of us who have 100s of loras.
