Won't download new files, ex. transcripts if transcript generated after the last download

Great app.

One thing I noticed is if a transcript file gets added to a recording but the recording had already been downloaded, the transcript file won't be downloaded (since the script thinks it's already downloaded the meeting).

Any way to trigger the download of the transcript files?

Any updates on why this PR was closed instead of merged? It would be really nice to get this issue fixed.
