Bootstrap conflict

The seems to be a bootstrap conflict with bootstrap-button.js . I can't figure out what part of the code is breaking it. I have tried loading it in head, bottom with no results. Any help would be appreciated it.

Error: cannot call methods on button prior to initialization; attempted to call method 'toggle'

I remove the script and it goes back to normal.
